At The Delia Foundation, we exist to tell them a different story. In Bârlad, Romania, we run Delia's Center for Special Needs Children — the only program of its kind in the region, providing daily tutoring, therapy, meals, and belonging. In Arizona, we deliver sensory Joy Kits to children in foster care with special needs.

In Bârlad, there are no special education classes. Children with disabilities are placed in mainstream classrooms with zero accommodations — many fall behind and never finish school. Orphans face even greater risks as they age out of the system.
