Empowering Children to Be Seen, Loved & Celebrated
At Delia's Center for Special Needs Children in Bârlad, Romania, we provide education, therapy, and daily care for children with disabilities. In Arizona, we deliver Joy Kits to children in foster care with special needs.
Every child deserves a seat, a sense of belonging, and love — even when systems fail.
Why We Exist
At The Delia Foundation, we believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated — no matter where they were born or what challenges they face.
In Bârlad, Romania, we operate Delia's Center for Special Needs Children — a full-day program providing education, nutrition, speech therapy, art therapy, yoga, and emotional support for children with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities.
In Arizona, we deliver sensory-friendly Joy Kits to children in foster care with special needs — bringing comfort and courage to kids who need it most.
