Nutrition Program
It’s vital for all children, including those with a disability, to have an excellent nutritional regime suited to their needs. Our Nutrition program helps to deliver a feeling of empowerment over what foods they are eating. This, in turn, creates a feel-good high, which can help ease anxiety and depression. |
Art & Music TherapyArt and music allow for a particular mode of communication for those at our centers, which helps to develop an individual’s unique ability and allows them a creative way to express themselves. These therapies give our non-verbal students a voice, allowing them to express themselves through creative visualizations.
Techniques include drawing, painting, and listening to meditative music and more. Sessions help build fine motor skills, increase attention span, promote problem-solving, and provide an opportunity to make choices. |
Life SkillsLearning is a lifelong endeavor. Each day, our vibrant visionaries have the opportunity to participate in facilitated activities. Like, gardening, personal care and hygiene, safety awareness, journaling, and more.
By helping our students learn their daily life skills, they are more independent and continue to stay valuable members of society. Yoga Therapy For The Special Needs Child |
Personal DevelopmentIt is our mission to bring a positive and safe environment for any child that has been impacted by trauma, foster care, disabilities, or has intellectual challenges using non-clinical techniques. To prepare and equip children with the essential tools that will create a positive outcome in any goal, vision, job, or relationship that they may have as they grow. It is important to intentionally create these compassionate communities by cultivating compassion, respect, inclusiveness, and trust.
